What do I do?

I am an expert on my body. I've lived in it, but more importantly, I've worked to connect with and understand the information that my body is giving me. As a coach, my goal is to guide others to connect with their own bodies and intuitive wisdom (thus the name Intuitive Living). I want to help you be more of an expert on your body. Your body is a source of wisdom, and I'm here to help you be able to hear and interpret what your body and intuition are telling you.
How does this work? We talk, well, mostly you talk, and I reflect what seems to be arising. I also tune into my intuition and share if I perceive something useful. We both bring our experience and information to the table so we can collaborate to support your health and wellbeing.
One of the main reasons I want to coach people in the 10 habits from Cate Stillman is because these habits are a magnificent foundation that enables people to be more attuned to themselves. Through practicing the habits, meeting one-on-one, and getting energy clearings, my clients experience significant transformations in their body, mind, and soul.
